Julie, It's been comforting to know from who and where our puppy came from because now we can sit back and enjoy every minute of Lili joining our family. Unlike some breeders who ask outrageous sums of money for puppies (yet give little or no care ) then pass nightmares on to the new owners we have no worries about important health issues or temperment problems. Lili is happy and healhthy and growing right before our eyes. She has a wonderful personality and keeps us in stitches as she learns and explores the world around her. The best part is when her tail wags just because she's happy to be with us. If we had tails ours would be wagging too! Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Julie, How do you make the time to deal with new parents like us? Your amazing and greatly appreciated!!! Oh I hope Lili looks like her Dad he's absolutely gorgeous! I've looked at all the pic's on your site (before we decided to get Lili ) and many times since...our way of bonding with her. Your Danes all look so happy and content in the pic's and video's that that really helped us make the decision of where and who to purchase a pup from. The anticipation of her arrival is sometimes overwhelming a bit like being a kid again with Christmas just around the corner. It's so exciting!!! Our greatest concern is we want to do everything right for her! If you have any advice to pass on to us it to would be greatly appreiciated.
Thanks again for ALL the time you spend doing ALL that you do!!!!!!!!
KUDOS!!
Patty

Winston : He is my baby... Winston is the most vocal dog I have ever had. when he plays with his little sister Sassy he is always talking to her. He is a big baby and love to cuddle in bed with me. He has been wonderful with the babys and the kids. he has not met anyone he doesn't like. He can be a little stuborn at times but other than that he has been a joy. Like most danes he is a big chicken his feeling get hurt and he will look sad if you yell at him. Of course we are still doing the puppy things like chewing things up. last week he threw up a sock, toy, and a whole paper towel... He is very Handsome and has one ear that curls over his eye sometimes... He is our baby boy and we love him so much...Oh one more thing he is very noisy if I am working in the yard or house he has to be right next to me watching me... which sometimes drives me crazy....

I love my baby girl to death. She has been such a joy to raise. She is my and always will be "my little tiger lily", because she looks like a tiger. Her real name in Mia Grace and she does come to Gracey Lou, Tiger Lily and of course Mia. The whole experience has been a great experience. She is a joy and a gentle giant. She is 33 1/2" at the shoulder and I can barely feel her give me a kiss because she is just so gentle. The only bad thing about my baby girl is I got her for my husband and she is a mommy's girl. If she's playing and another dog is to aggressive or she gets scolded for something or even if she gets scared, she runs to me and jumps up on my back, wraps her legs around my hips and hides behind me looking around me. So I guess if that is her down fall, I love it. She adores me and would protect me with her life. I would love to get another, the only problem is they don't live as long as you would like them to. They need to be a full time fixture in your life. Hope all of the babies are doing well and like i said, I always have room for more.

The whole experience from the moment we decided to get another Great Dane has been memorable. Julie kept me posted from the time Gina went into labor until the day we picked her up. She is such a joy to our family. I could tell Julie truly cared for the pups like she was going to keep them all to herself. Mia knew her name, how to sit and how to shake within two days of having her home. Julie truly is a great breeder, a great person and a great friend. She definately knows what she is doing. Thank you so much for bringing Mia Grace into our life. P.S. You were correct about the attitude...she definately tries to rule the roost. We love her!!!

Oh what to say about Julie and Lookout Danes, Love them!!! Since the very first phone call between Julie and myself I could see us hanging out,(if I didn't live in Langley, BC!) and becoming good friends. All my questions were answered with direct and complete answers. The two new additions to my family are wonderfully full of energy. They get along with my children and our Rotti, they play and play and play. I can't wait to send pictures of them as they grow bigger as I'm an avid picture taker, so I hope I don't overload your hard drive when I send them all to you. My experience has been a very positive one and in the future if get my hands on more acreage I will do business with her again. Thank you Julie!!!!

Julie, Yes, she has gotten big. She has been
such a joy to our family. We couldn't have asked for a better addition.
She is such a sweet baby. (That's what she thinks she is) We call her
our little Clydesdale. She sounds like a horse when she comes down the
stairs. She has adjusted well to the new environment and she gets along
wonderfully with our Chihuahua and 2 kittens. The family absolutely
loves her. She IS a very happy pup. We're anxious to see how she's going
to be with a Christmas tree in the house. I can see it now! LOL!!! She
is such a curious baby. Anyway, I just thought I'd give you a little
update on your little girl and thank you once again for allowing her to
be a part of our family. I will keep the pictures coming! Have a great
day, Julie!

Hello,
I wanted to share with everyone my experience with Julie Nelson at Lookout Danes.
We too are Great Dane breeders of the Fawn & Brindle color so it was no surprise to us when Julie contacted us for our upcoming litter. We politely explained that we do not sell our puppies to breeders, as we sat and talked on the phone for a good while she filled us in about her whole family. After taking the time to speak with Julie you can easily see what kind of person and breeder she truly is. Lets just put it this way, if we can trust her enough to sale her one of our babies when we do not sell to breeders then you can certainly trust her when it comes to purchasing a puppy from her. I'm happy to say that we have become great friends with Julie and her daughter Tiffany. We look forward to many updated and pictures of our baby boy Copper, even though he belongs to the Julie and Tiffany he will always be our baby !!
