Deposits
No puppy will be put on hold without a $300 NON-refundable deposit and the signed agreement. Agreement and deposit must be sent overnight or express mail and must require my signature. If agreement and deposit are not received within three (3) days from the date you are approved for your puppy, the puppy will then be sold to the next buyer.

SHIPPING WILL BE DONE THROUGH DELTA/NORTHWEST AIRLINES OUT OF BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA. SHIPPING IS ROUGHLY $265 GIVE OR TAKE A FEW. SHIPPING COSTS CAN NOW BE PAID FOR WHEN PICKING UP PUPPY AT CARGO.
Airline Shipping Policy
I have shipped puppies all over the United States, and offer overseas shipping. Shipping is quite easy and only becomes difficult when dealing with weather conditions. We offer shipping anywhere in the Continental United States via Delta and American Airlines. Continental can be used for an additional price. Puppies can not be shipped before 8 weeks of age due to federal rules and regulations. Shipping must be prepaid before leaving for their new home. We do offer COD on the shipping through Delta only, but only on a select basis because we want to make sure that no puppy is left at the airport unattended. Any puppy that is not picked up on time when the airport is closing will be sent to the local animal shelter. All puppies that are shipped are required to have a health certificate and acclimation certificate from a licensed vet and proper crate size for the puppy. Please keep in mind that depending on the weather condition at the time of shipment, our vet may not release the puppy until the weather is just right.
Shipping costs include, a brand new airline approved travel crate and a signed health certificate signed by our vet. Shipping costs vary depending on where the puppy is being shipped to and the weight/size of the puppy at the time of shipment. Shipping from May to September and November to April could involve additional fees due to the heat or cold. If the temperature is expected to reach above 85 degrees or below 45 degrees at destination or any layover airport, the shipping date may change. We do NOT guarantee shipping on puppies. We will do everything we can to get a puppy shipped out to its new family but sometimes due to weather conditions between here and its new family, shipping still may not be possible. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP THEIR PUPPY IF IT CAN NOT BE SHIPPED. We will make every effort to get the puppies shipped if at all possible but if it can't be done then the new owner will be required to make arrangements for pick up. Deposits and payments will NOT be refunded on any puppy due to us not being able to ship the puppy because of Airline Restrictions. Please keep in mind, the airlines set these restrictions for a reason, their first priority is the animal that is being shipped.
Ground Shipping
Ground shipping is also available at buyers expense. If you would prefer to have your puppy shipped to you via ground shipping rather than airline, this option is now available. There is no set price on ground shipping. Cost is determined by destination and distance. Ground shipping offers a safe way for your puppy to get to you without going through the stress of flying and noisy airports. All puppies being ground shipped may be insured for an additional cost. Ground shipping offers puppy tracking. You may track your puppy from the time he/she leaves my home until he/she reaches your home. There are several companies that provide ground shipping, and the most reliable trusted company will be used to ship any puppy leaving my care. Any all all ground shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be received before arrangements are made and confirmed unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
